Kamila joined Jersey Recruitment, which is part of the Jersey Hospitality Association, in December 2005. Her role is to support hospitality personnel and those looking to work in the sector and particularly employers from the JHA membership.

Kamila has an in-depth knowledge of the local hospitality industry and has a Master’s Degree in International Marketing.

She has several years of diversified experience in the Hospitality, Retail and Financial sectors and studied a number of Hotel Management subjects such as economics and the organisation of the hotel industry.

She is fluent in Polish and English, speaks good German and basic Italian and Russian.

She is an integral part of the further development of the recruitment office, which acts as a significant membership benefit and service to JHA members.
