Marcus’s experience within the hospitality industry varies from large scale master planning and conceptual design to business planning and operations in food and beverage. He has worked on developments in large tourism destinations including Las Vegas, Orlando, Caribbean, and Dubai. He is the former president of the Cornell Hotel Society of Central Florida and has recently relocated back to Jersey with his wife to take over the family business which has been successfully operating here for over 35 years. |
